This song is one of the more personal tracks that will fit into my discography. I wanted this one to feel like a big hug from me to you. We all experience our own little hell on earth in our own minds. Some aren’t willing to admit it, but for me, this song is my inner voice speaking to itself reminding me that I’m not alone. I am an artist, I feel things, I am curious, I am ready to take risks. All of these personal traits have led me to do things and work with people whom I have dreamt of. I have been fortunate enough to work behind the scenes with artists such as Kanye West, Paul McCartney and many more. But I always felt like I wasn’t reaching high enough. As soon as I would reach a goal I never stopped to appreciate it, I always just felt like I was another step away from reaching the next thing. As an artist, I love making songs that are fun to play, dance to, blast in the car while you’re driving down PCH at sunset. But I also want to make music that is true to my real and deep feelings. Feelings we all have! :)
